Subscriptions (RizzLens Pro)
RizzLens Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID.
- Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Restore purchases: open the in-app paywall and tap Restore
- Refunds: handled by Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
Common issues
- Sign-in problems — try email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google from the login screen.
- Paywall shows no prices — check your network connection; subscriptions require a valid App Store region.
- Delete local data — remove conversations in the app or uninstall RizzLens.
