Summary

RizzLens analyzes chat screenshots and text you choose to provide AI reply suggestions. We do not read your messaging apps directly. We mask common personal details (names, phone numbers, emails) where possible before analysis.

Information we collect

• Account: Apple ID, Google profile, or email/password via Firebase Authentication.
• Content you provide: screenshots, pasted text, and optional on-device conversation history.
• Usage: scan limits, streaks, subscription status via Apple StoreKit.
• AI processing: extracted or pasted text may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini) to generate analyses.

How we use information

We use data to authenticate you, perform OCR and AI analysis you request, enforce free vs Pro limits, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & retention

• Account data: Firebase (until account deletion).
• Conversations & Wingman history: stored on your device until you delete them or uninstall.
• AI provider logs: per provider retention policies.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers (Firebase, Apple, AI APIs) and when required by law.

Children

RizzLens is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Auth, Keychain, and App Check in production. No method is 100% secure.

Data may be processed in the US or other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
